Our steel air shafts are produced in lengths between 300 mm to 6000 mm. According to the customer’s specific requirements, our body profiles are made of special alloy steel pipe.
While our standard body size is 2.5 “, 3”, 4 “, 6”, the special production is made in the form of 5, 8 inches, 12 inches. Our steel shaft body with hard chrome and zinc against corrosion and wear of the cover Is given. Our shaft head is produced according to customers’ technical drawings and is made according to the areas of use of special steel and hardened at 50-55 hrc.
All our products are shipped after sealing resistance and balance tests.
Aluminum pneumatic shaft
Our air shafts are produced in lengths between 250 mm to 6000 mm. Produced in lengths up to 6000 mm according to customer specific requirements.
While our standard body size is 2.5 “, 3”, 4 “, 6”, the special production is made in the form of 5, 8 inches, 12 inches.
Our air shafts are produced by hardening method of 100-115 hrb and aluminum extrusion using Feder technique. The surface hardness and strength of our 25 micron thick anodized aluminum profiles and lacquer coatings have increased against corrosion and impact. Our air shaft head is produced according to the technical drawings of our customers and is made according to the uses of special steel and hardened 40-55 hrc. Air shaft head corrosion, durability and surface quality increase with chromium phosphate and zinc coating.

Fractional shaft
Our shafts are cams themselves and are used especially in the winding of cutting machines.
Friction shafts can be made in dimensions of 2.5, 3, 6 inches and in widths of 25 to 40 mm.
Adaptive air shaft
Our aluminum adapters are produced as standard 3 and 6 inches and special production is made as 5, 8, 10, 12 inches.
Our adapters can be manufactured in the form of 150 mm rubber according to the use of steel coils.
